I downloaded the latest update today. I am not happy! Some changes, have not made things more user friendly. These changes are a waste of time. I will list them shortly. The main thing I am not happy about is, now when I set an alarm, there is no indication that it is set, without looking at the clock! Previously there would be an alarm icon at the top of the screen. Please reinstate this function.
There was no point in changing the way I view all apps. Previously they were spread over 3 pages so I swiped left to see each page. Now they are on 1 page but I still have to swipe the screen; I scroll down instead of swiping. New emails previously had the first line in bold,now they are slightly bold but too faint to easily distinguish new texts from old.
Also what's the point of showing the percentage of battery power remaining in white text on a black background, reversing previous colourway.
Software engineers should stick to making changes that make a difference rather than changing things for change sake, when they DO NOT enhance user experience.
