Sharing a photo from the Gallery on samsung A9

Hi. On my Samsung A9 i used to be able to open up a picture in the gallery , then press the share button, then select email, so that i could send the photo to my email address so i could open it up on my Laptop. I have used this facility dozens of times and it has worked perfectly.

However, now when i press share , when the icons open up, the icon to send a photo via email has disappeared. I can see an option to send via gmail, but this is not what i want.

I want to be able to send to my ntlworld.com email address.

Can you please help me get the email icon back in the list

Send via Gmail will launch that app so you can email yourself from it. I see from my own Tablet that Samsung's Email app is no longer present in the ROM image. So use the Gmail button because that is actually your email app now. It does work with other email addresses, not just Google ones
