Hi all.

I recently installed the new update from Samsung to my A52 5g and ever since then, my SD card will not work.

It has worked flawlessly since the software was installed.

I have restarted my phone, took the card out, reseated it but it still tell me my card is working incorrectly.

My card has been working fine for the past 2 years without a hiccup until now.

The only change to the phone is the latest update.

Is there any bug fixes or workarounds?
Anyone else having the same issue?

Thanks. Tony

Have you tried another card to see if that works
Could be the old card has got corrupted in some way
Only mention as a similar thing happened to me before on one of my old Note phones

I don't have another card I'm afraid.

If it has become corrupted, it was due tobtge software update.

Maybe Samsung could warn users to unmount and removed sd card before performing update

Same thing happened to me I'm afraid. The update fried my SD card and I can no longer access the files on it. I took it to a data saver place, but they want to charge me $800 to retrieve my data, and I can't afford that. I'm pretty unhappy that the Samsung update did this.

Same thing happened to me.  I tried my card on my computer, and I can read it without any issues, the SD Card is good.  I also tried another card, and it does not detect the card.  This has started since the UI 6.0 update.

Bro I have this A52s 5G in India and same one I bought for my dad. We both had same issue and I guess it is something on the inside that is doing this thing. I'm taking my card to data recovery agency hoping to get everything back.
