Can anyone suggest a fix for my svreen just going unresponsive and I then have to reset, I have 'cleaned' my phone and hasnt helped, Any suggestions, help ??
What I would do is check for another updates and if that doesn't work then ever contact samsung directly or go to support and then go to phone disistostics and check to see if your camera is as well as your screen and then that might give you a clearer idea 💡 of what the problem is.
