Sasmung Galaxy A51 - notification sound but no notification

Hello,

I have Samsung Galaxy A51. In the last couple days, I get notification sound, but there are no notifications. Just sound. It happens every 12 minutes. I install Nice Catch and there are shown, that Phone Settings play that sound. How can I turn that off?

That N symbol on your phone app might indicate something in your phone settings is new like an update in about phone or something else. Open your phone app and press the (3 dots) select settings and look around to try and find the new setting that's causing the (N)

If that doesn't help you might need to clear the data for the phone app but you might lose some data like phone history.

I check all the phone app settings, but there are no N symbol for some new setting. I also clear data form the phone app, but  notification sound still appear.

I just realized i have two phone apps, in settings>app>(3 dots) show system> then clear the data for both phone apps if your a51 is like my model. The hidden one had more notifications settings till i cleared the data.
