Some apps are baked in and so can only be disabled or force stopped via Settings_Apps_Tap on the app.
There are package uninstallers in the Playstore but one has to be very ccareful with what you do with them @misiusdad
Is there a reason you wish to rid yourself of this ? Storage remaining perhaps ?
