my internet app wich i've used for years on other phones too(all samsung) suddenly camt download an apk from apk mirror but chrome does..even reading manga or loading images.it takes too long.but i try fb,insta,youtube(all on browser but work ok...even chrome does fine for all the forementioned issues wich is driving me crazy..it takes for a 50mb file download like 10min..why tf is that...i've tried deleting the app,restarting the device,i dont have vpn on or dns so idk **bleep** is happening tbh..Pls help

so the issue seems to be confined to file-donwnloads only? Did I get it right? 

Have you alredy check-out if Internet Samsung is currently under background or energy restriction?
