Many times called Cutomer service , but till now no resolution so far , can anybody help

Which phone do you currently have?

Check if the following helps -

In Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Storage > Delete data. Restart your phone.

Try removing Samsung Account from your phone and add it again. Then try to access the app.

Before removing Samsung Account, ensure that the data is synced (especially Samsung Pass, so as to not loose any passwords).

Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts > click on your Samsung Account > Remove account

Noted, I have done same , also removed all data from Samsung account , But during sign in showed same message server error with code

Could be a temporary issue with the sign in process. Try again after a couple of hours. If the issue persists, then contact Samsung Support on WhatsApp or Facebook messenger.

Nope , issue persists , This problem started after I bought the phone in Netherlands & Switching everything to my new phone Data n apps

What's is the model number of your new phone? And did you install this with a back-up?
