Hi Samsung Community
I bought a set of bluetooth sport ears JBL Reflect Mini 2 and in my surprise, my A70 can't find the bluetooth connection to it.
My A70 bluetooth works fine because I can pair with my car, another JBL headset, laptop...
The sport ears are working fine as well because I can connect them to my other A51 phone.
So the combination between A70 & Reflect Mini 2 doesn't work. I can't upgrade the firmware of the ears, and the bluetooth version of A70 & A51 is exactly the same and all recent android updates are installed.
I did a reset of network settings, cleared the phone cache, but still no luck. Anyone some clues, tips...?

I doubt it, because my Galaxy A51 is also Android 10 and no issues with this phone.
I also found out that both phones have the same bluetooth version so the Samsung Community is my last resort..

You can try developer settings might need to enable them first go to about phone, and click on build number at the very bottom until you get a note that you're a developer. Now go to system, advanced, developer options and under networking hit show bluetooth devices without names. This will give you a list of BT MAC addresses. I'm curious if you see the JBL listed now. You can get its MAC address from the other phone.
