After taking my Samsung Galaxy A14 5g to customer service, the representative inspected the battery and stated " your device is from America, we cannot fix it. You will continue to drain your battery excessively fast, unless you replace your phone with a Euro edition" .

we're sorry for this situation. The information is correct: the extra european devices are not covered by the warranty in Europe. Also, our Customer Service Center can't help you because this products are so different from our devices.
