Samsung email app keeps crashing

I have a Galaxy A5 (2017), my Samsung email crashes continuously, I have tried already the memory clearing on Cache, storage, but also in the safemode a reboot and partition cache cleaning. None of it resulted in a running Email app. I can't force the email app to shutdown. There is no option te reinstall the app, either repair. So I run out of options.
Is there any other solution??
