My phone fell while it was on. Screen turned black. Phone vibrates when power and volume buttons pressed down. But no other response. May I ask for advice? I don't know if this is the right server. Sorry if it is wrong.

Hi,
If your Samsung A72 won't turn on, the first step is to check if it's properly charged by plugging it into a charger for a few minutes and then attempting to turn it on; if that doesn't work, try a forced restart by holding down the power button and volume down button simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the Samsung logo appears.

Other things to check:

Damaged charging port: Inspect the charging port for any dirt or debris that might be preventing proper connection.

Physical damage: Check for visible damage on the phone.

Incorrect charger: Ensure you're using the original Samsung charger or a compatible one.

Battery issues: If the battery is completely drained, it might take a few minutes of charging before the phone turns on.

If the forced restart doesn't work:

Try a hard reset:

This will erase all data on your phone, so make sure to back up important information beforehand.

Contact Samsung support:

If the issue persists, reach out to Samsung customer service for further assistance

Hi @Aelin0604 and warm welcome 👋

I suspect that could damage your screen, you can try plug your phone into charger and leave it for 1h and see if it turns on if not I suggest to get in touch with customer support, or book a repair.
