Samsung a71 display not waking up with incoming calls issue

I purchased new samsung a71 with full warranty ... And find this issue. When some one call me phone is ringing but screen is showing black,then i press the power button. Also fingers print is not working good. no protecter install. not match after trying so many try... Please correct this issuw in new update

In your Do Not Disturb settings you will see Hide Notification setting in which you need to make sure as highlighted below the Hide Full Screen Notifications is not selected.

I was just havng this same issue on my Xiaomi phone. Uninstalling updates in the Phone app fixed it
