URGENT: Hi! I am not sure if my Samsung A53 is stuck in a boot loop so will explain. When I plug the phone in w my known working charger, I depress the volume down/power buttons and the phone VERY BRIEFLY "powers on" but then immediately goes completely black again. I depress the same buttons and it does the same thing. A few months ago, I took it to a repair shop and the guy plugged it in with his charger for 15 minutes......4 days later, the phone FULLY powered on for 30 hrs and I was able to use it normally without any problems! However, I missed an opportunity to transfer all of my contacts and photos from this phone to my new Samsung A53 (I have 100's of pics of a restored 1973 Trillium travel trailer). I am in Canada and my carrier is Zoomer Wireless.......I also have to return the phone to them in 3 days! I cannot force a restart as the phone does not stay powered on long enough? Can anyone help me? Thanks and have a great day!
