after updating my A14 5G to One UI 7.0, my touchcreen doesn't work at all anymore.

In my case the this solved the issue:

go to Settings > Display, then tap the switch next to "Touch sensitivity" to turn it on.

Its a known issue but Samsung can't find a fault!

I think your screen is faulty so you need to replace it because updates do not do anything, they just make your phone faster and fix some bugs

Auto reboot, reduce the issue, but its always presents .... after some hours.

Well.this hasn't made mine or countless other peoples phone faster! In fact the opposite. The screen worked perfectly fine before the update!
