I have been waiting for my promotional items since November 2024. Samsung has still failed to provide me with the watch and earbuds that I was supposed to receive after I followed the process to register for the items. What is going on? This type of service is pathetic. I have supported Samsung for many years but they have now broken the trust relationship.
