I have just bought a Galaxy A13 4g smartphone and am having problems setting it up. I want to remove icons from the various screens when I have by mistake doubled up on them. My old phone you held the icon and dragged it to the top of the screen and it was removed. The A13 doesnt seem to do this and I cant figure out how to get rid of these doubled up icons OR the ''panels' which sometimes crop up. Also, somehow at times a magnifying box appears on the screen and I cant get rid of it, only goes when I turn the phone off! Any help would be really appreciated!
