Phone to PC missing messages

I've tried Phone to PC  using Messages by Google and also the Samsung Messages App using Link to Windows. I got both of them to work, but both of them are not showing all the messages. They both don't show the same messages. I saw something suggesting this:

1. Turn off the toggle switch for Chat features, Push messages, RCS messages, or Advanced messaging

I went to Settings on the Samsung Messages App and disabled Push Messages and Advanced Messaging. The missing messages still don't show up. How can I fix this?

Google messages is managed by Google, you should reach out to them.

Also I wouldn't turn off push messages or you won't get messages on you phone until open the app

I tried Google messages  and Win 10 "Link to WIndows" using a different technology. I got the same results. It's more than a Google problem
