Phone keeps freezing. How do i fix this?

Have a samsung A72. Phone keeps freezing. I have to shut down the phone using power and down volume control to restart. Initiwlly working for a few minutes but when i leave it for a few minutes, it freezes again. I have to shut phone down again. thanks

Hi, is there anything that you have installed recently that might be slowing the software down. If there are try deleting those apps and restart the phone.

Also, check your system is up to date as this could also affect performance.

I'm experiencing the exact same thing with my A51. And on the last update my phone stopped accepting other non-Samsung fast chargers when it previously did (like 1+ chargers). It's rly frustrating

Hello all, took it in to Samsung repair shop. It was a hardware issue. Was sent for repairs replacing everything apart from camera.
