This phone is the worst piece of ***** i have ever bought ...

Nothings any good any more .

Camera has a mind of its own ,my two day bayyery now lasts 3/4 of a day takes 3 hours to charge .. 

Ill never buy another samsung product in my life .. what a mess updates that never work phones only any good one week in every month rest of the time its run flat and is off , call quality is awful , last year i had four bars signal now its 1 if im lucky .

Don't blame the phone . It could be your provider
Also check the device manager to see what Is eating the battery

It's a hassle, but maybe reset the phone and start over. Also check background usage of apps, battery usage per app. Also try Device Management, where you can optimise the device, and see if that helps - it frees up RAM, closes bg tasks, and is good general maintenance. Good luck!

I cannot reset the phone because Samsung have rebooted the phone and alter the original software which I think is a bit of a scam to be honest with you because now it's not the phone I purchased it all seems a scam to make you go and buy more phones
