I keep on getting wierd notifications on Samsung internet like pres here to win a 100 gift card 

I don't know what to do

It's possible you've downloaded something that has this embedded into it @transgurl 

Try Safe Mode  > Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. 

If the pop ups stopped then it's a case of downloading recent apps / themes etc until they stop. 

You can also clear your browsing history etc in your Samsung Internet Settings. 

With Samsung Internet launched press the 3 little lines in the bottom Rh Corner then Settings and then Personal Browsing Data.

Hello there I know those questions already been answered but it can also help it might be that you've installed an app with bloatware or malware that could send you these fake scanned notifications do not click on it there is also a possibility that Samsung members or Samsung website sends you this I have gotten one that was true and I have gotten a galaxy store. Card from this this may also be a scam so check if it's directly from Samsung and if not go through your list and see if you can install any apps or Google play or Samsung play, protect all apps to scan them to see if they have aware I'm sorry that you're experiencing this problem and that I cannot help it having a day.
