My Galaxy A12 lost all the notification sounds. I switched it off and back on twice and got all the sounds back except text message notification sounds, it only vibrates. Other than doing a factory reset which I'm loath to do because I'll lose my photos, can anyone suggest what else I can try. I have checked all the settings.
