Hi. Unusual one. I have a Samsung a12 but today my notification tone came on with no notification showing. I have notifications on mute yet it still comes on. Also I have a ringing tone comes on in which I don't recognize, and have to reset the phone to stop it. Is this Emergency Alerts? Thank you.
