No updates Galaxy A7

My Galaxy A7 (2018) that I bought in January did not receive a single update to this day.

This mid-range phone costs €350 and it is unnaceptable that Samsung hasn't updated the LUX models of this phone.

I do not care about One Ui or pie, but my phone is runnig on a security patch from 2018, I expected better from Samsung.

🤔 as I said, if you want the newest Updates in your country then you have to bring your phone to an authorized samsung Service centre to Update.

Hi,

I bought this two A7 2018 phones for me and my wife. They were bought from iran but the seller had them bought from another country. Both me and my wife have our samsung account for iran region. Her phone gets all the updates even now (latest update: 1st of january, 2021) but my phones latest update was on 1st of november 2018. I have reported rhis problem several times in samsung members but they didn't help at all. Please i just don't know what to do. I have tried all the manual update in the phone but nothing comea up?
