Dear Samsung team,
i am a user from germany and I own a Galaxy A54. I need help with Samsungs file browser App "Myfiles" (german: "Eigene Dateien").
the task is to copy multiple large files from my local device storage to a network drive within my local network. the ND is fully accesable in "Myfiles" and I can browse/read/write files without issues. large files take longer to copy/move so I wonder if the app is able to continue the task in the background while I'm doing a different task (multitasking).
With version 15.0.03.25 it doesn't seem so.
i did following steps.
step 1: copy multiple large files to my ND
step 2: press the home button or switch to another App or the Display turns off (timeout)
result: myfiles stopps copying
error message: (german) "Dateien wurden nicht kopiert - Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Versuche es erneut"
(engl.: Couldn't copy files - An error occured. Try again.)
