It's not providing 5G. I've updated with my network provider and sets the phone for 5G but it's not working

Have you upgraded your sim to 5g?

Your sim and network provider need to support it.

Normally they should send you a free 5g enabled sim especially if you have an old one.
Also check settings.

Also is the area you are in have 5G
Not everywhere has a 5G signal
