14 gig ,os in a 64 g phone so its not 64g at all , 
Its 50 gig ...
Im sure this was 128 gig dual sim ...
Is that where my pics have gone and vanished ,why all pics have flipped round .
This is now beyond a joke , important pics gone for ever .. thanks

@zimma71  Storage always includes the operating system so the available amount is lower.  I have answered a few points on other thread. However just wish to point that it is important to back up photos.   An option to syncronise with One Drive or there are alternative services such as  Google Drive ,Dropbox and also  utilising an external Hard Drive  is advantageous.
