low Bluetooth audio volume

after the latest update on my phone ( samsung galaxy a 71) all bluetooth devices have a low volume even at max i tested the devices i connected with my pc and on there they sounded loud

Thank you for reaching out to us! What kind of Bluetooth devices have you connected to your phone? When you go to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Volume, in the right topcorner you will see 3 dots for Media Volume limit. Is this also active?
