Image and video issues after one ui 7 update

I use an a15. Just like every other phone owner, losing access to my gallery files would devastate me.

After the one ui 7 update, things were going smoothly, until after a week of using it, problems started to appear, specifically when I open files like images or videos.

Whenever I try to send an image taken from my back camera, the picture turns neon green. Why does this happen??.... And when I play videos it's exetremely slow. like actually a one frame per 5 seconds type of slow. All this happens despite it looking fine in my gallery and when I actually take the videos or photos.

I have a galaxy A53 and after the new update my Samsung Health app doesn't sync with Samsung Fit watch with my sleep or steps. 🤷‍♀️
