I've been getting constant errors of choosing a custom theme made by Hex Installer in Galaxy Theme Store.

I've been getting a messsage every time I select a custom theme made by Hex Launcher, it says, "Something went wrong while opening Galaxy Themes, Try again later. It consisted of a code (-1/T500014). Please if anybody knows about this error, please inform me. It's very annoying to me.
