Can any body tell me how to force update my samsung galaxy a320  or a3 (2017) 

Iam in Android 8 oreo and samsung expirience version 9.0

Hello, do you also use a SIM card, if not, an update only works with a SIM card, I think I know.

No, but if I insert a sim card my phone doesn't read it out it only gives Mobille data when I call someone it doesn't work (note: I have recharged my sim card that I inserted)
