How to force update from V10... VoLTE not working

My new A6 won't update to V12 and according to Smarty, the VoLTE needs to be at V12 or I can't make or receive calls

@SooziSalt What are you trying to update? Are you referring to the software? If so, the A6 2018 is only able to be updated to Android 10 and no higher. If you require Android 12 for specific features, you will need to purchase a new device that supports this I'm afraid.

Oh ok.... thanks Aaron. I was just going from what SMARTY have told me over this 3G switch off. They said my old faithful J4 wont work on their network and advised me to get the A6. Now I'm being told it needs to update to V12 🤯
I think I'm going to change network instead!
