Yes, you can use the Circle to Search feature on the Samsung Galaxy A16.

How to use Circle to Search on a Samsung Galaxy phone

Make sure you're signed into your Samsung and Google accounts

Make sure Circle to Search is switched on

Tap and hold the virtual home
key to activate the search

Circle the object with your finger.

I don't think your device supports it unless it's via Google Assistant app where you have to ask.

There's 3rd party apps on Google play store.

I'm pretty sure that feature is not available on your phone unfortunately.
