Home up doesnt work

since i updated my phone to one ui 7 the home up app doesn't work anymore i keep getting a message that it can't be done here is also a picture

Thank you for your message about this. I will gladly help you! Did you also tried reinstalling the app and restarting your phone?

If the issue is still present you can also try deleting the cache of your phone.
