Hi My samsung galaxy A53 5g Bluetooth has successfully paired with my samsung book but only connects for a short moment then says can't connect. Can anyone please help?

All other samsung device's connected ok

Which Samsung Book are we talking about?
I forgot but I'd left my bluetooth switched off on my Book Pro 360. When I tried to send a picture from my A53 5G the Book Pro told me that bluetooth needs to be turned on. Soon as I did that and tried to connect, it connected instantly and stayed connected. Try that by turning off the bluetooth on your Book then turn it back on, when requested, and try and reconnect.

Hi Thank you for responding, I have it sorted now. I went to receive files via Bluetooth and the Bluetooth connection worked perfectly. Thanks again for taking the time :smiling-face:
