I am having Galaxy A51 Set up problems. I did have an A6. I get Lets Go. Then I agree to the Privacy details. Then I get checking for updates. Then I get Checking for Info. Then I get "Couldn't sign in. There was a problem communicationg with Google Severs". Wifi is on and Data is on. My router knows about my Phone. My Google account doesn't know about my new phone - only the old one. My Number has been moved from my old one to my New One so I have no mobile at all at the moment. Can someone help please? There are no O2 Shops open at the moment or any other phone shop so I am stuck. Thanks.

How can I log in? I can't get past Setup to see anything. Is it possible for me to reset the Phone or has it got to be an engineer? When I first tried to set it up I was usibg smart swich and got a meessage about not being able to copy my Google account over and now I am stuck

You should be able to reset a phone by logging into your Samsung Account on a tablet or laptop etc @Knutsford

I have managed to get a working phone at last but I still can't get my Google account over to it. Someone is going to take a look on Monday for me

If I remember rightly someone in an O2 shop sorted it out for me but I can't remember what they did. It is a long time ago now
