I've had 6 "Live chats" with them and supplied screen grabs of order details from my Samsung account, which clearly shows it's not a business account, there's no mention of Enterprise Edition anywhere, screen grabs (as above) of the Knox Deployment Screen for an Enterprise Edition phone and numerous images of the phone itself and box re serial numbers etc and they are insisting they sent me the phone I ordered.

Eventually, after numerous chats and e-mails got a returns confirmation and label etc and got a full refund.  Because of the time it was taking and the fact that the phone was a birthday gift from 6 weeks earlier I bought another phone from a different seller.

A satisfactory outcome but very painful getting there.  Think I spoke with every team in Samsung at some point.  The people I dealt with were lovely but the process and system are really poor.

Ps, I've also heard that a hard factory reset cans solve the Knox security problem and also rebooting the phone a few times can also result in it miraculously getting past the Knox issue but not sure if that had anything to do with Samsung pushing something out once they had the IMEI number.
