As with most promotions there are strict guidelines and criteria that has to be met.
i.e
Start and end dates to claim.
On certain promotions a form has to filled in by the person wanting to claim the Promotional item.
This is ultimately the responsibility of the claimant.
There is invariably a ' While Stocks last ' stipulation.
Unfortunately if a claim form has to be filled out as part of the promotion but the claim by date has passed then you wouldn't now be able to claim the item.
If you've been misinformed by the " supplier " then you'd need to take that up with them directly.
