Data Roaming

I have just bought a Galaxy A55 and set it up.    When out   earlier it wasen't picking up any mobile networks, im with O2.  I tried to turn Data Roaming on but it won't let me, any suggestions where i'm going wrong.

Happened to me once, I went to Settings and activated and deactivated manually the Sim card from the Sim card settings. Never had a problem like this before on my phones. I am using S24U, but menu wise all Samsung phones are similar.

Hey there

If you've just set the device up, have you got airplane mode turned on.

Also, is it just data or calls and texts as well? If just data is the issue, have you got mobile data turned on?

Finally have O2 sent you the Apn settings? Should be automatic but....

Oh and where did you get the device from? Check that the IMEI isn't blocked if you bought it from a reseller like eBay etc.
