Creating folders for text messages

I've recently upgraded to a Galaxy A21s after spending the last few years using a fairly basic Nokia 2220.

When receiving text messages which I wanted to save, my Nokia allowed me to create folders and move the text messages into each folder. The A21s doesn't seem to offer this option - when I receive a text message I want to save, it seems I can only keep it or delete it. Which means that any text messages I want to keep will become part of a long list which I'll have to scroll though.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can improve this method of 'saving' text messages?

there's a way of "starring" messages if you hold on to the message in the thread so it will stay in the starred list. not sure if that helps at all...
