I was wondering if anyone could help me with this issue please?
I purchased an A56 from Sky last week, which has arrived today. 
An offer was running to claim a charger, fitness tracker and case if purchased by the 15th of April. 
I've just attempted to claim said items and I've hit a brick wall as I don't have an invoice number. 
I have since been told it's the credit agreement number but I can't find that anywhere either. 
Has anyone else had this issue & know how to find the relevant information?

Do you have your confirmation email from sky? If not, have you checked your my sky account?
