Cant make screenshots with android 10 - A50

When I try to take a screenshot on my Galaxy A50 with the android 10 update, it no longer works.

If you use volume down and power button you will get to the power screen where you get the message that you need to use power and volume up for a screenshot, but that does not work. Nothing just happens, no error message or anything. Is this a bug in Android 10? Is there a solution for this?
I read on the internet that the android 10 update has been discontinued because of bugs.

Yeah - would be great if the help screens and built in manual on the device would reflect this as a short-push, not a hold down. Most users will forget at some point especially if they use other makers devices often.
