My phone doesn't show the option to do a factory reset in the settings, but also not in the boot. Does someone know how I can get the option back?

Plug into a PC, laptop, or USB-C headset.
1. Turn off the device by holding down the power button.
2. Press and hold the power button and volume buttons to enter recovery mode.
3. Use the volume buttons to navigate to Factory Reset or Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
4. Press the power button to select Factory Reset or Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
5. Confirm the selection to reset.
6. Select Reboot.
Note- if you're keeping the phone no worries. But if not and wanting to sell- remove your Google accounts before reset

Hi @Aileentjuh. For the Settings option go to General Management -Reset. The Factory Data Reset is the last option as shown here. Ensure you Back Up before performing this action.

could attach screenshot of your options in General Management-Reset for instance, may well need to contact support though. Have you had the device long, can you tell us where it was purchased?
