CANNOT ACCESS RECENTS APPS ON THIRDPARTY LAUNCHERS

After updating my Galaxy A02 to Android 11,I am unable to access the recents apps screen when using any launcher apart from OneUI Home. My default,Nova Launcher, can not access the recents screen when I tap the button on my phone. Here is what it looks like when I try to access it on any  thirdparty launcher;

I don't have that phone but perhaps try use something like one hand operation+. You should be able to use many gestures

One Handed Operation is not available on my Samsung phone as it is running OneUI Core, the barebones version of OneUI, because it is a budget phone.
