Hi @class_385 Do you have a stable Internet connection, are you using WiFi or Data? Do you have sufficient Data (if applicable) and storage.You could Force stop Google Play and restart. May need to reset the Network connections. General Management - Reset, can Reset wifi and Bluetooth or Mobile. However sometimes there can be server issues at Google 's end.
An idea to clear cache and Data from the Google Play Store and Google Play services.
