I have several devices, apple and android, all of which can see me home WiFi and connect to it. However my new Samsung A12 cannot see my WiFi, though it CAN see neighbouring WiFi networks. For some reason my new phone just can't see a particular WiFi (mine) that all the other devices can. I have tried rebooting the phone and rebooting the WiFi router, but no success. Any ideas?

The Galaxy A12 may not be compatible with 5ghz wifi networks as it is a budget phone, but im not sure, I think you need to turn the option on to have a 2ghz and 5ghz network on your router settings and this should solve the issue. Hope this helped!
