If you Google the problem you 'll find thousands of other owners of Samsung devices (older phones from 2018 until present, tablets etc.) who have the same problem. It sure is a bug that Samsung should do something about it! I currently have 3 different Samsung phones who all display the same message. Probably there is a faulty charger that may have caused it to trigger, but I have tried some 15 (!!!) different chargers since, and still I am not able to charge my phones. Only way to solve this is to switch to another brand, after all those years being a loyal customer. Sorry, no sorry!
