Becoming a beta tester

Can someone explain how to become a beta tester for the A55? There's nothing in the Members app to help me. I've read somewhere that this is possible to do.

At the home screen of this app, the top banner would have something talking about it. If you don't see anything, your device isn't eligible for the beta

Ok seems weird when Samsung say the A55 is available for beta testing!! And in the UK where I am. 🙄

There's various reasons why it might now show up for you. Eg, your cell carrier or phone plan might not allow it

It seems the Beta for the A55 is still to roll out, whilst not official information some reports saying it will not be till April .  obviously some devices will receive the stable version at that point. https://www.sammobile.com/2025/03/18/official-one-ui-7-update-april-7-eligible-galaxy-devices/

In any case you can only join with an invitation and Network supplied Devices will not be elegible.

The best way to check if you are eligible for the beta program is through the Members App. It should give you a notification/alert if possible and you should apply for it. Please check the Members App for eligibility.

According to Samsung's official press release. It should start from the 6th of March for some devices and more devices within the month.

I read on another forum that the beta rollout for the A55 will start this Friday (28th). Of course something which isn't from an official source isn't certain, but it should be starting to roll out in the next few days, with the stable rollout for the S24 series starting on 7th April.
