Battery drains way too fast

I bought my new galaxy A33 just a few days ago and find the battery to be absolutely horrible. At first I realised I had many apps running in the background but even know with about 95% of them in deep sleep it's still not improved. I realise I'm a pretty avid phone user as I have chronic pain and spend a lot of my time scrolling on apps like tumblr. But this battery is advertised having a battery life of 104 hours. I of course didn't expect it to be that good with how much I'd be using it but having my phone on minimum brightness, having 95% of apps in deep sleep, and having power saving mode on, you wouldn't expect the phone to use 10% an hour. Those 10 hours are very, very, far away, from those supposed 104 hours. The analysis says the battery works just fine but this is just ridiculous. Is this even possible or did I get a defect one?

10h of sot (screen on time)
Is already alot for a budget-midrange phone.
No phone till this day has made it over 13h sot Avarage usage.
My s21U gets 8.
The 104 houres are not sot, but are on Avarage usage.
The Avarage person actively uses its phone for 4-8h a day. While the other houres it does 'nothing'. That's where the 104h come from. Usage of 4h a day.

I can use my phone either for 6h with heavy gaming or 30 days by just letting it me show some notifications.
But if I look at it sometimes, and sometimes text and do as advertised. And for the rest leave my phone be. I also would get 48h-80h per single charge.

Get what I'm saying? U won't find much better then what u have right now 😊

I get what you're saying and that's also exactly what I said in my original post, so there's really no need to be so condescending. I just think the gap between my 10 hours and the 104 advertised is way too big. If they meant 104 hours if you only spend 5 of those minutes actually using the phone, then it should explicitly say so. My point is not that my battery is that bad, my point is that they imply this battery to be much stronger than it actually is.

Use dank mode, disable always on display, 60 hz refresh, lower brightness of the screen. You can enable the developer options: about phone? Software, build number and tap 7 times. Go back and you see developer options in the menu. There you search for animations and change these from 1 to .5
