Autorotate not working on A12

The autorotate on my Galaxy A12 has stopped working and I can only get portrait. I've followed suggestions given but cannot find the autorotate " button". Any ideas welcome.

Thank you for your message. I will gladly help you! If it is not present in the Quickmenu (swipe down) we recommend to try clearing the cache via the Recovery menu. For this turn off your device and connect it to your computer. Then hold down the Volume Up and Power buttons until you see the Android logo. After a few seconds, the Recovery menu will launch. Select "Wipe cache partition" and then "Reboot system now." Feel free to let us know if this helped.
